Founded in 1987, DeVere Insulation has become Maryland’s largest independent insulation contractor. In 2019, Michelle Griffith spearheaded the formation of DeVere Weatherization and Construction Services (DWS) to offer full-service weatherization, HVAC, and mold remediation contracting services to both residential and commercial projects across Maryland and DC. We have a company workforce of 15 crews with 2-3 guys per crew. Over the last 3 years, we have provided services for 9,300 homes.
